We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase from GoBrewIt.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for an exchange or receive a refund for purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt. Packages must have a Return authorization number (RA#) or they will be returned to sender. If you receive a damaged item in your original shipment, please notify us first before taking any action and keep all packaging materials.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in shipment or an item arrives damaged or defective. In the event of a shipment error or a damaged/defective item, GoBrewIT.com will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only, and only for returns made within 30 days of the purchase date.

*The customer is responsible for inspecting orders upon delivery. Any items that are signed for as received in good condition, and then later reported as short or damaged, may not be eligible for a refund.
*Perishable products and opened food products can not be returned for credit.

Please contact us if your defective merchandise is less than $10.00 in value; returning the merchandise may not be necessary.
